Northwest Mediation Center is excited to announce an opening for a Mediation & Training Coordinator. This key role will coordinate our dedicated staff and volunteer mediators, assist with the Mediation Practicum and recertification processes, and facilitate additional training sessions. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position with the potential for an optional increase, primarily in-person with some hybrid flexibility. Join us in making a difference through mediation and effective training initiatives to promote peaceful problem solving in our community!

Mediators are assigned on a rotating basis. Many volunteer mediators have additional expertise in particular areas and can be called upon to mediate specific kinds of disputes.
