Northwest Mediation Center relies on the generosity of its volunteers for office assistance, IT support, marketing and promotion, public relations, teaching classes, mediation and more. ​

Hòa giải viên tình nguyện

Tất cả các hòa giải viên tình nguyện hoàn thành, tối thiểu, một khóa đào tạo hòa giải cơ bản kéo dài 40 giờ, đây là một thực hành sâu rộng và đánh giá nghiêm ngặt. Hòa giải viên về các vấn đề gia đình đã nhận được thêm 20 giờ Đào tạo Hòa giải Gia đình và các hoạt động thực hành bổ sung.

 

Mediators are assigned on a rotating basis.  Many volunteer mediators have additional expertise in particular areas and can be called upon to mediate specific kinds of disputes. ​
